Working relationship

A working relationship is established between a learner and the host company (and by extension, the VET trainer). This working relationship is based on the apprenticeship contract drawn up within the framework of a dual-track VET programme. This working relationship covers training assignments as well as the rights and obligations of VET trainers or delegated persons. The working relationship establishes learner obligations with regards to the work to be done for the employer with the requisite care and attention to detail. The working relationship between the host company and learners also covers apprenticeship supervision.

Working relationship provisions also apply to the education and training given in trade schools and within host company networks.
