Employee

Employees are contracting parties in an individual employment contract. According to the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO, SR 220) employees are paid a salary to work for their employer and owe them loyalty (defence of the employer’s interests). Learners are contracting parties inan apprenticeship contract.
