Selection records

Selection records published by the SDBB are intended to make it easier for companies to recruit learners.

The questionnaire in the records helps to structure the job interview and plan it in a logical manner. If VET trainers proceed in the same way with all candidates, at the end of the selection procedure they will have a standardised database. They can objectively compare the results and draw conclusions before giving their decision to the candidates. The documents and information concerning the person chosen can then be kept in these records.

Selection records make the selection procedure easier and save time and money. They are available at SDBB publications.
