Vocational pedagogy

Vocational pedagogy covers the objectives, content and methodological aspects of VET at the three learning locations (VET school, host company and branch training centre).

It deals for example with the following issues:

How to develop technical, social, personal and methodological competences (professional competences, competences) so that young people can cope with the challenges that they will encounter in their professional and social life?
How to design and plan qualification procedures to make them objective, fair and cost-effective?
How to test educational concepts both during apprenticeship training and classroom instruction and how to make the most of them?
